Pebbles in my Pocket accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER

Orders are generally processed, packed and ready for shipping within 2-3 business days. You will be notified via email. We do our best to keep our inventory levels accurate, but occasionally an item you order may be out of stock. If this happens, you will be promptly notified by email and the item(s) will be deleted from your order.

At the time you place your order, your credit card is pre-authorized and will only be charged when your order is processed and shipped. Pebbles in my Pocket will honor the original shipping price prior to the deleted items. If you wish to cancel your order, due to the back-stocked items you may notify us.

Pebbles in my Pocket provides FREE standard UPS shipping on orders over $100. The 48 continental states are shipped via UPS. Hawaii , Alaska and International orders are shipped through US Mail. All shipping totals on orders sent through US Mail will be adjusted to actual shipping costs (plus $3 handling fee) when processed.

International Rates

International orders will be shipped through US Mail. Customers will be charged actual shipping (plus $3.00 handling fee) You will be notified via email of shipping costs.

We offer FREE standard shipping (orders over $25) to US Military bases throughout the world, as our way of saying thank you to the many service men & women for protecting our country. When placing your order, please indicate your military base in the additional comments area at checkout and the shipping will be taken off before your package ships.

For all orders that need to be rushed, please notify when placing order in the additional comments area at checkout . Shipping for rushed orders will be charged actual shipping on 3-day air, 2-day air and Next-day air.

RETURN POLICY

Pebbles in my Pocket has a 100% happy guarantee! I f you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept unopened, resalable merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of ship date (excluding shipping costs).

We are sorry we cannot accept returns on discontinued / clearanced merchandise, opened computer programs, cardstock die cuts, opened punches, pens, rubber stamps, cut ribbon, rolled stickers, downloadable patterns & fonts, gift certificates, class kits, magazines and idea books. We cannot accept returns on special orders or customized products. Defective computer programs must be returned to the manufacturer for a replacement.
